Rabbi Ana Bonnheim, founder of the Jewish Learning Collaborative (JLC), is a visionary and collaborative leader transforming Jewish education and leadership. Through her innovative “adaptive chavruta” model—pairing Jewish professionals and lay leaders with educators for personalized, text-based study—she is making Jewish wisdom accessible, inclusive, and deeply relevant to today’s diverse community. Under Ana’s leadership, JLC has delivered 15,000+ hours of learning to 750+ leaders across 50+ organizations, while creating meaningful work for 200+ global educators. Rooted in Jewish values like limmud (learning), chesed (kindness), and kehilla (community), her work fosters personal growth, deepens Jewish identity, and builds stronger connections to tradition. Jonathan Falk, Vice President at Hillel International, is a strategic, compassionate leader transforming Jewish campus life and Israel engagement. He oversees a $7M+ department supporting over 200,000 students across 850+ campuses in 16 countries. Jonathan led Hillel’s response to over 3,000 antisemitic incidents since October 7, creating the Jewish community’s most advanced tracking system and empowering 30,000+ students to stand up proudly as Jews. His initiatives, like the Israel Leadership Network, have reached 40M+ people and influenced national policy. Known for his integrity, mentorship, and crisis leadership, Jonathan is shaping a stronger, more resilient Jewish future.

Since 2015, she has built JFF into a transformative organization operating in 11 cities, offering $2.6M+ in financial aid, emotional support, and education. Elana’s inclusive and innovative leadership has destigmatized infertility, expanded access to care, and created new pathways into Jewish life for diverse individuals and families. Her impact reflects deep commitment to Jewish peoplehood.

Michelle Koplan has led BB Camp in Oregon for 27 years, transforming it into BB360—a fully inclusive, ADA-accessible Jewish camp and community hub. She expanded statewide programming, founded the Oregon Alliance of Camps (securing $10M+ in funding), and launched food programs that served 360,000+ meals to families in need. Even while recovering from a heart transplant, Michelle continued to lead with resilience and compassion.
